The Cleveland Total Rewards Association (CTRA) is designed to provide a forum for Northeast Ohio compensation professionals to share strategic discussion on compensation and reward programs based on current business trends and regulatory changes.
The Cleveland Total Rewards Association (CTRA) advances the development of the compensation field through networking opportunities that provide the benefit of “real life” experience as to the pros and cons of various base salary, short-term and long-term incentive compensation, benefits and other non-monetary programs in different organizations. The Association pursues its mission through the support and effort of individual members, their employers and other related groups.
CTRA is an affiliate of Cleveland SHRM (CSHRM) – Subject to the National SHRM and local CSHRM Governance.
Programs are coordinated with CSHRM meetings/ programs in terms of timing and topics.
Target is 4 programs per year plus a track on trends/ regulation activity at the annual meeting. The timing of the programs will be 2 meetings in the Fall and 2 meetings in the Spring.
CTRA membership is coordinated with the local CSHRM and in alignment with the national SHRM.
