Session Title:  The Disruption of Marketing and Technology on the World of Talent Acquisition

Learning Objective: Learn how: HR and Talent Acquisition can best partner with marketing, companies are leveraging technology to improve their Talent Acquisition results, analytics are driving Talent Acquisition’s decision making and budget, social media is most effectively leveraged across generations to drive talent into your organization, and employment brands are effectively built and leveraged by Talent Acquisition.

Our panel will discuss how marketing and technology has changed the world of talent acquisition. They will share their real-life experiences and how they have helped their organizations best tie together marketing and technology to deliver results to their clients or employers. Our diverse panel includes talent acquisition professionals from respected, growing employers, social media experts, brand professionals, and talent acquisition technology and service providers. All of the hot topics impacting companies’ talent acquisition strategies will be covered including social media, analytics, employment branding, sourcing, on-boarding, generational gaps, and much, much more. Not to mention, the event will be held in the Kardiac Club, which has an unique view of Cleveland and Lake Erie, at FirstEnergy Stadium, the home of the Cleveland Browns. There has been no other time in the rich history of the Browns that making the right talent acquisition decisions is so important for our beloved football team.
