Emily Peleti, Customer Success Account Manager - Greenhouse
CSHRM’s SMA Group will continue their theme of “The Art of the Interview” with “Game Changing Technology for Talent Acquisition Professionals”.
It seems like every day, new HR technologies continue to enter the market, constantly changing the way we recruit for talent. This can be overwhelming for most Recruiters and HR Professionals to keep up with.
Join SMA at our next event, as we bring in some of the newest game changers in staffing management software, to showcase how technology can make your full-cycle recruiting faster, better, and different than others in the industry. The technologies that will be showcased include applicant tracking systems [ATS], sourcing software, and video interviewing platforms.
This will be an in-person event, where we will livestream senior-level strategists located across the nation to learn how they help their clients identify and solve pain points within their sourcing, screening, and interviewing processes. This will give you the opportunity to engage in an interactive dialogue with the presenters during the sessions, as well as an opportunity to network with other attendees to learn and discuss what challenges other HR professionals face in our industry.
Whether you are in the market for new recruiting technology or not, this event will ensure you learn the newest trends in recruiting technology and how they are helping and changing the way companies compete for talent.
