Session Overview:

The pace of change is moving faster than ever before. This is driven by technology, new ways of collaborating and connecting, the rapid development of new products , companies and markets, and ever changing customer insights and demands. The only way our teams and organizations will thrive is if they can learn faster and together. 

When teams focus on growing a learning culture where leaders, experts, learners and connectors demonstrate habits of learning, they embrace change, develop new ideas and innovations, attract the best people and retain them.  They have a growth mindset, ask new questions, share ideas, connect each other to people and resources, give feedback, and tell stories. 

Join us on 12.8 as Thrive at Work leads an interactive experience focused on growing a learning culture. Thrive at Work is a local company working with teams and organizations of all sizes to grow team culture, build learning environments, and shape strategy and design.  They will cover the importance of a growth mindset and the key habits of learning cultures that individuals and leaders should grow to thrive in a world of uncertainty. 

This session will cater to managers and leaders, learning professionals, HR practitioners, and anyone interested in learning cultures. 

This activity has been submitted for recertification credits through HRCI and SHRM
