Session Title: Leading Through Change…People, Process and Technology
Organizational Change continues to accelerate as all organizations become more technology enabled and global in nature. Employees are expected to consume significant change and be able to deliver exceptional customer experiences. People can make or break any initiative – whether it is market, competitive or technology driven. Yet many organizations do not attend to the people-related elements of change. This session will address:
- The Change Acceleration Process and the People-related Dynamics involved in significant organizational change.
- The Common Pitfalls associated with Change Projects and how to avoid these pitfalls in the future.
- The overall Change Picture and how People, Culture, Leadership and Results are impacted.
- Strategies and tactics to make change successful.
This session will be facilitated by Lisa Codispoti, head of Consulting at ERC. With over 25 years of Human Resources and business leadership experience, Lisa has four main areas of expertise: strategic partner to senior executives, culture creation and reorganization, reshaping HR functions, and senior-level advising in organizational development and coaching. Prior to joining ERC, Lisa was most recently the Chief People Office (CPO) at Sage Software, a $2 billion global technology business with over 14,000 employees globally. Before Sage, Lisa worked as the CHRO of Outsourcing Solutions, owned her own training and consulting business and held a variety of HR and operations roles at KeyCorp and GE Capital.
