Monthly Chapter Meeting
Session Title - Predictive Performance: Decoding The Human
Date: Wednesday, October 17, 2018 (11:30 AM - 1:30 PM) - Live Webcast Also Available
High performance remains an elusive goal for many organizations because they are missing out on the application of 'people science' to find the right individuals and find the right fit for what they offer. Using over 60 years of research and hundreds of validated studies, John Broer discusses the predictive elements trapped within every organization and how to unleash it using analytics including The Predictive Index.
1 - How to focus on leading indicators versus lagging indicators
2 - Increasing the effectiveness of your selection process by applying analytics
3 - Helping individuals, teams, and ultimately your organization perform as a direct result of better people decisions
About Our Presenter:
John Broer serves as Curator of Epic Stuff at IN2GREAT, a predictive performance consultancy based in Toledo, Ohio. John has been an organizational performance consultant for nearly 25 years with experience in a wide variety of industries and markets. His areas of expertise include corporate learning architecture, leadership and team development, people analytics, and sometimes overstating the obvious but that seems to be needed in business these days. His clientele represents a broad spectrum - members of the Fortune 100 as well as small to mid-sized companies and even solopreneurs. His greatest achievements can be found in his marriage to his wife Barbara and the raising of their two sons, Paul and John.
