Alana Coticchia, Social Media Team Lead; Hyland
As the Social Media Team Lead at Hyland, Alana has a very unique position to provide customers, partners, prospects and employees a window, via social media, into one of the premier Content Services organizations in the world. Over the past ten years, Alana has worked in the ever-changing social media space and is excited to socialize how Hyland can help organizations realize their full potential. When not tweeting about Digital Transformation, she can be found boating with her husband, cheering for the Browns or running around Cleveland’s Westside with her dog Cabela.
Amanda Todorovich, Senior Director, Content & Creative Services; Cleveland Clinic
Amanda Todorovich is the director of content marketing at Cleveland Clinic. She manages a team of writers, designers, digital engagement strategists and project managers to serve enterprise content needs both on- and off-line. Her team is responsible for the #1 most-visited hospital blog in the country, Health Essentials (health.clevelandclinic.org). Amanda joined Cleveland Clinic in February 2013, after serving for four years as chief content officer and co-founder of MedCity News, one of the fastest growing online publishers in the healthcare and life sciences industry. With more than 15 years of storytelling experience, Amanda is passionate about finding innovative ways to leverage every piece of content her team produces. Amanda was named Marketo’s 2018 inaugural Fearless 50, a finalist for 2017 Boldest Healthcare Brand Marketer, and named the 2016 Content Marketer of the Year by Content Marketing Institute.
Anna Gibson, Talent Acquisition Specialist; Lincoln Electric
Anna is a two-time alumna of Cleveland State University with a bachelor of business administration and a master’s in labor relations and human resources. She received numerous scholarships and awards while at Cleveland State, including the 2013 SHRM Foundation Graduate Student Academic Scholarship. More recently she was recognized in Cleveland Magazine’s Community Leader August 2018 “Ones To Watch”. Anna is actively involved with Cleveland SHRM as the Communication Committee’s Social Media Director and the Speaker Committee Lead for the Northern Ohio HR Conference. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Engage! Cleveland and is the Community Outreach Committee Chair for Women in Lincoln Leadership (WILL).
Bridgette Klein, Marketing Manager; Willory
Bridgette Klein has worked for Willory since 2014 and currently serves as the marketing manager. Bridgette handles a multitude of the day-to-day marketing efforts, with a focus on Willory’s digital footprint and engagement. Previously she worked in communications for a regionally renowned art museum, handling their social media, quarterly publication, and media relations. She graduated cum laude from Hiram College with a double major in studio art and communications. Through graduate-level coursework, Bridgette has a passion for understanding how digital media can impact organizational relationships and the future potential of video. You can often find Bridgette at Starbucks or hanging out with her husband and preschool-age daughter.
Nicole Losi, Director of Social Media; Kent State University
Nicole Carlone Losi is Kent State University’s Director of Social Media. She manages the university’s institutional social media content, accounts and strategy. In addition, she manages Kent State’s internal social media community, providing support, best practices, and manages the social media team within University Communications and Marketing. Prior to Kent State, she served as the Digital Media and Communications Manager of Hospice of the Western Reserve, where she developed and managed the agency's social media and blog strategy and presence, served as founder and chair of the social media action committee, managed the website and managed email marketing and SEO efforts. She is a Baldwin Wallace University alumna with a degree in public relations and a double minor in marketing and management.

Directions to parking:
Parking is available to the North Coast District Lot for $5 a car. Guests can also park in the Great Lakes Science Center Parking Garage. The address for the Great Lakes Science Center is 601 Erieside Ave, Cleveland, OH 44114. Parking is estimated at $7. Once you have parked, please enter FirstEnergy Stadium at the SE Suite entrance. Then, use the elevator to the Kardiac Club.
