Inclusive Interviewing Best Practices
The difference between companies that change the world around them and those that don’t comes down to one word: people. In our increasingly diverse and adapting businesses, bringing in diversity through equitable and inclusive practices is the key to breeding the innovation, belonging, and trust to build lasting legacies. Only by learning how to bring in the most skilled, culturally additive, and diverse groups of candidates can we achieve this goal.
· Active listening techniques geared towards achieving mutual understanding and connection
· How to construct and ask better questions that eliminate interviewing bias
· Best practices for designing and delivering interviews across candidate types
· Tools for diversity, equity, and inclusion-optimized interviewing
Inclusive Storytelling | Capturing Authenticity through Employee Driven Content
Our company isn’t just made up of one story. But rather a collective of multiple stories and truths. We’re in a time where employees and candidates alike crave transparency and authenticity. They want to bring their whole selves to work, not just one piece. In this session, we will dive into what it takes to develop a compelling and inclusive content strategy driven by those that matter most- your employees. We will cover what topics candidates and employees care about, share best in class company approaches, and tangible tips to activate your employee ambassadors.
· Identify content that resonates with (all) employees and beyond
· Engage (all) employees in authentic and easy content creation that they drive
· Foster a culture of belonging through the power of sharing stories
· See how organizations like yours are doing it well
