Design Thinking: Spark Innovation and Produce Measurable Results
Thank you to our event sponsors:
Date: Wednesday, October 16, 2019 (11:00 AM - 2:00 PM) - Live Webcast Also Available
Are you struggling to promote innovation within your organization? Does your company find itself stuck admiring difficult problems that seem impossible to solve instead of working towards viable solutions? Do you need to combat complacency and stagnation with a fresh injection of creativity and optimism?
Join Go Big Creative Lab founder Joe Watson as he explains design thinking and how you can use it to spark innovation and produce tangible, measurable solutions to your most complex HR challenges. We’ll discuss:
· The design thinking methodology and its application to HR problems
· How to properly position and embrace failure as an integral part of the innovation process
· How rapid prototyping and a bias towards action can get things unstuck
· When it’s appropriate to have really bad ideas — and how they often inspire great ones
· How leading with empathy functions as a dynamic catalyst for change
· Why optimism and curiosity play an integral role in innovation and problem solving
HRCI and SHRM credits TBD.
Lunch buffet will be served.
