Virtual Learning: The Future of HR Tech

Event Overview:

Are you wondering how HR will be impacted by technology? If so, please join Sierra-Cedar’s Stacey Harris for a thought-provoking webinar in which she will showcase the findings from the 2019-2020 HR Systems survey and how HR can leverage technology to make real change within their organization. Stacey will focus on how HR can add value in the workplace, outline how to measure items that matter, highlight the functionality that HR is looking for in their HR technology, understand the value of your HR data and ways to achieve repeatable outcomes. Finally, Stacey will take questions from the attendees about the hot and relevant HR technology topics that are on their minds.

Our learning objectives for the event will be:

·         Methods to get ahead of the curve when it comes to HR technology within your organization

Speaker Information:
Stacey Harris, is the VP of Research and Analytics at Sierra-Cedar where she oversees their industry research work, including the esteemed Annual HR Systems Survey and White Paper, now in its 22nd year. She also sits on the IHIRM Board of Directors, overseeing strategy and education in her role as Vice Chair. Stacey is listed in HR Examiners 2019 Top 100 HR Tech Influencers list and is a frequent speaker at HR events both in the U.S. and abroad and co-hosts the HR Tech Weekly Radio Show at HR Examiner.com.
