a.       The History/Science behind each one

b.       What behaviors they assess

c.       How they are administered

4)      To create a plan to take back to the organization regarding implementing an assessment process

ABOUT OUR SPEAKERS:

Moderator:
Lorri Slesh, The Ahola Corporation

Lorri joined Ahola in 2015 to lead company-wide organizational change. In 2019, she was asked to lead a new company division offering hands-on HR support from payroll clients. Lorri’s strength is driving strategic growth in complex organizations with energy and focus. She resolves challenging problems and faces new situations using rigorous logic, looking beyond the obvious, identifying hidden problems, and probing for root cause.

Panel Presenters:
James Lundquist - PRADCO

Since joining PRADCO in 2011, Mr. Lundquist has drawn extensively on his experience in Technology, Finance, Sales, and his background in Psychology. He has a faculty for evaluating candidates’ skills and strengths to determine their fit within an organization and their readiness for expanded responsibility. He has designed and delivered coaching programs with management groups to support succession planning efforts for PRADCO’s key clients.

Lisa Foley – Meaden & Moore
Lisa's blend of business acumen and leadership development expertise were honed during her 30-year career as a leader across many disciplines in the financial services industry and consulting.
Lisa expanded her focus outside of the financial services industry to follow this passion and help to grow leaders across diverse businesses and industries. She has done this work for the past 10 years concurrent with her other business responsibilities.

Janice Jokkel – Get in Gear
With a diverse background in sales, management, and business ownership, Janice has the experience to share the "road map to success" in both sales and management skills. Additionally, her strength is in hiring practices and building a culture that delivers a high level of guest experience and team cohesiveness thus furthering the retention of successful hires and limiting the negative impact of turnover.
Furthermore, she is passionate about assisting companies with diagnosing the level of trust, healthy conflict, commitment, accountability, and attention to results that exist within their team. She is a Certified Practitioner of DISC, has been a member of IAAPA HR Committee since 2017, active member of Toastmasters and Speakers Bureau, and several local Chambers of Commerce, Alumni of Leadership Medina Class of 2016, Alumni of Dale Carnegie, Alumni of Tom Hopkins. Watch for her upcoming book to be released soon -"Connecting with Confidence".

Jennifer Comella – Marcum
Jennifer is an organizational development specialist with over five years of experience in learning and organization development. As a member of the HR Services team, she is responsible for designing strategies for human capital management across various industries.

Jennifer is a Birkman consultant and certified instructional designer and is currently pursuing an Executive Master of Organization Development degree at Bowling Green State University.


Lunch Buffet will be served.

This program has been approved for 1.25 recertification credit hours for SHRM and HRCI.
