Dani Kimble is the Chief Marketing Officer and Culture Champion of O’Neill Insurance in Wadsworth, Ohio. She has an abiding interest in the intersection between brand and culture, and believes a strong workplace culture is essential for a brand and business to thrive. Dani and her team at O’Neill Insurance operate on David Friedman’s High Performing Culture model, and Gino Wickman’s Entrepreneurial Operating System. Both have helped O’Neill Insurance define its culture plan with clarity and intention and strengthen the culture. In turn, it has transformed O’Neill Insurance’s brand to center around its people, and has led to attracting and retaining top talent and growth across the organization.
This year Dani was recognized by Safeco and Liberty Mutual as 20 Insurance Leaders to Watch in 2020. She’s spoken at Gary Vaynerchuk’s Agent2021 conference, Trusted Choice’s Elevate conference, and Westfield Insurance’s Small Business Speaker Series. She’s also spoken on culture, employer branding, and marketing for the American Marketing Association, Ohio Insurance Agents Association, Wayne County Economic Development Council, and has been interviewed on various podcasts. Dani resides outside of Akron, Ohio with her husband, Zach and their 3 children, Ava, Anderson, and Jesse.
