I wish to serve as a Mentor in the Cleveland Society of Human Resource Management (CSHRM) Mentoring Program.
I understand the CSHRM Mentoring Program will serve my desire to develop/improve my professional skills through mentoring and coaching. I understand that I am expected to be aware of my own career goals, strengths and weaknesses.
I understand the Mentee shall make initial contact with me.
I agree to meet with my Mentee regularly during the Mentoring Year (September 2015 through May 2016). This includes scheduled face-to-face meetings and conference calls.
I agree all information exchanged is confidential between both parties. I agree to maintain a high level of trust and to safeguard information gathered from the relationship with my Mentee.
I agree to make the necessary time commitment to maintain a mentoring relationship. If my work or life circumstances change, or if problems in the partnership arise, I agree to contact the Mentoring Program Leaders as soon as possible.
I agree to take an interest and listen openly and objectively to my Mentee. However, I do understand that the information I offer is not legal advice and should not be taken as such.
I understand that the Mentoring Program Leaders will release the information provided within my Mentor Profile to the Mentee to which I am matched.
I agree to take surveys presented to assist CSHRM in measuring the success of the program.
I understand that the CSHRM Mentoring Program does not assume any liability or responsibility with respect to response to inquiries made, or advice given. Any opinions expressed by my Mentee a
