The Total Rewards special interest group (SIG) is designed to provide a forum for Northeast Ohio compensation professionals to share strategic discussion on compensation and reward programs based on current business trends and regulatory changes.
The Total Rewards SIG advances the development of the compensation field through networking opportunities that provide the benefit of “real life” experience as to the pros and cons of various base salary, short-term and long-term incentive compensation, benefits and other non-monetary programs in different organizations.
Programs are coordinated with Cleveland SHRM meetings/ programs in terms of timing and topics. Target is 4 programs per year plus a track on trends/ regulation activity at the annual meeting. The timing of the programs will be 2 meetings in the Fall and 2 meetings in the Spring.
